Upper Dublin Township seeks a qualified individual for the position of Revenue Coordinator within the Finance Department. Responsibilities of the position will involve, but are not limited to: overseeing the revenue and receivable process, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of all revenue sources, and supporting financial reporting.
Candidates should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, maintain deadlines, and provide excellent customer service. The candidate must have excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. The position requires computer skills and proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role, preferably within government or municipal accounting.
There is a six (6) month probationary period for this position. During the probationary period, the salary will be $62,000. After successful completion of the probationary period, the salary range will be $64,000 to $74,000. The position includes an excellent benefits package.
Candidates must have a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License. The successful applicant will be expected to pass a physical and drug/alcohol screening test as part of the application process.
