Online Payments
Click the buttons below to make an online payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express or by E-Check).
Convenience Fees: A non-refundable convenience fee of 2% will be added to your amount due to cover credit card processing fees. Payments made by E-Check will have a flat $0.50 convenience fee regardless of the amount paid. Convenience fees are paid directly to a third party credit vendor and are not paid to the taxing entity or our tax office.
Credit card payments cannot be used to pay interim bills or school installment payments online. However, school installment tax bills can be paid on the telephone by calling (215) 646-4794.
Payment by Mail

- Make check payable to “Upper Dublin Tax Collector.” Checks not made payable as such will be returned.
- Write parcel number and telephone number on the check.
- Make sure the amount is correct and the numerical amount matches the written amount on the check.
- Make sure you write the correct date and the check is signed.
- If you would like a stamped receipt please mail both copies of the bill along with a self addressed stamped envelope.
- Mail payment before the due date.*
*Payments received or postmarked by the US Post Office on the due date will be accepted as being received on that date. Metered mail postmarks are not acceptable as proof of mailing.
Payment by Secure Drop Box

Checks may be deposited in the secure gray drop box located at Upper Dublin Township. The secure box is located in the rear of the parking lot.
- Make check payable to “Upper Dublin Tax Collector.” Checks not made payable as such will be returned.
- Write parcel number and telephone number on the check.
- Make sure the amount is correct and the numerical amount matches the written amount on the check.
- Make sure you write the correct date and the check is signed.
- Put contents in an envelope and mark Tax Collector on the front of the envelope.
- If you would like a stamped receipt please place both copies of the bill along with a self addressed stamped envelope.
- Place marked envelope into the secure gray drop box.
The drop box will be checked at midnight on due dates. Anything deposited after that time will be considered received on the following day and payment amount should be changed accordingly.

Note about in-person payments: Unfortunately, our temporary office on Commerce Drive is not ideal with regard to in-person tax collection. The building does not have access to public bathrooms, there are several stairs leading up to a small reception area, and our tax office is not connected to a public walk-up window. We, therefore, encourage you to make payments through one of our other payment options:
- Secure drop box located in the rear parking lot
- Online payments (click one of the buttons below)
- Payments over the phone (215-646-4794, during business hours)
- Mail in payments
Payment Processing Times
If you still choose to make a payment in-person, please be advised of varying wait times throughout the day. Avoid long lines by coming at least a week in advance of the due date. In-person payments may be made by either check or credit card.
Check Payments: To help us process your payment quickly and efficiently, please have your check written prior to coming to the window. It is also a good idea to bring a spare blank check in case corrections need to be made.

Credit Card Payments: You also have the option of paying by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). A non-refundable convenience fee of 2% or $1.00, whichever is greater, will be added to your amount due to cover these additional charges. Minimum convenience fee is $1.00. Convenience fees are paid directly to a third party credit vendor and are not paid to the taxing entity or our tax office.
