Any resident who desires to be placed on a Do Not Solicit list may register their information with the Upper Dublin Police Department by completing the form below. A "No Solicitation" window cling will be mailed to any resident who registers for the Do Not Solicit list.

Under Chapter 171 of the Upper Dublin Township Code, all persons desiring to engage in peddling and/or soliciting in Upper Dublin Township shall submit:
- A completed Peddling and Soliciting Application.
- One (1) passport-sized photos of him/herself, taken within six months prior to the date of the application.
- One (1) certified copy of a Pennsylvania State Police criminal history check, which has been conducted within the last thirty (30) days prior to the date of the application.
- License fee of $150 (payment is due when the application(s) is dropped off).

Important Note: Once the completed application has been received by the Police Department, you will receive a follow-up phone call with the results of the application review process. No soliciting/peddling shall be allowed by the applicant before the permit is approved and the Identification Card is issued to the applicant.
Solicitor ID Card: The Police Department-issued identification card will be valid for a period of three months from the date it is issued. Such ID card must be carried and prominently displayed while the person is engaging in activity covered by this permit, and must be presented upon request of Police. Failure to carry and display the ID card will render the person liable for citation and immediate cancellation of his or her solicitation permission. Such card will not be transferred or loaned from the person whose photograph and identity appears on the card to any other person. This will render the permission invalid and may not be renewed.
In all instances, no soliciting, canvassing, or peddling shall take place between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., nor after dark.
